By accessing or using Open Sports System (“OSS”, “the service”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

We may update these terms periodically. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.

OSS is a sports management platform that connects federations, clubs and athletes: registry, affiliations, registrations, tournaments, results and rankings, among other features.

The core of management is free for clubs and athletes. Federations subscribe to institutional plans and there are optional premium features, as detailed on the pricing page.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify us of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide truthful information and not to use the service for unlawful purposes or purposes that infringe third-party rights.

The software, brand, logos and site content are the property of Open Sports System or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No right is granted except the permitted use of the service.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSS will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
